Our Mission and Goals

Our Mission

I’M NOT A DOCTOR OR A RESEARCHER but a celiac living in Asia with this disease, which has proved challenging. During my time here I have been reading and researching how to live healthily despite my disease. All the information in my website are just here to help you all by sharing research, experience and maybe increase awareness within the Asian medical community, so doctors are more aware of potential issues with gluten.

With this website I hope to increase awareness in Asia as many countries continue to lack of information about CD

Much of the technical information I am citing on this website are from peer-reviewed publications and medical journals and lectures. Increasing information on celiac disease is available from scientists in the USA and Italy who are involved in this specific research, as CD has started to be unfortunately a popular disease.

With this website I hope to increase awareness in Asia as many countries continue to lack of information about CD. Hopefully Departments of Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Nutrition and others will start to do some research or begin screening people who may be experiencing symptoms due to gluten. Your life can improve without drugs because it will be enough to understand what is the right diagnosis and how to stay healthy simply by following GF diet.

Assist health departments with research in Asian countries where people may still be unaware of this disease and doctors may be misdiagnosing conditions relating to gluten sensitivity.

  • Help address diseases associated with gluten sensitivity.
  • Make more awareness on how to follow GF diet, how to cook, how to do shopping (reading food’s label), how to travel or how to enjoy outdoor meals.
  • Help people to succeed with having a healthy gluten free life and maintain a normal lifestyle.
  • Share here places where you eat safely GF meals. To do this I’ll need help and cooperation with all people who likes me is travelling in Asia. Sharing experience, meals and more.

Association Goals

We are working altogether to make things better, improve our healthy and live happy!!!  To do this I’ll need help and cooperation from all people in the world mostly who is living or travelling in Asia.

  • Make health departments aware of this disease and prevent undiagnosed people from more serious issues.
  • Help address diseases associated with gluten sensitivity.
  • Make more awareness on how to follow a proper Gluten Free diet,
  • Learn all the tricks of: how to cook, how to do shopping (reading food’s label), how to travel or how to enjoy outdoor meals.
  • Help people to succeed with having a healthy gluten free life and maintain a normal lifestyle in Asia.
  • Share here places (Hotels-Restaurants-Airbnb) in Asia where you can eat safely Gluten-Free meals.
  • Sharing experience, meals, places where to eat and more.
  • Where you can buy Gluten-free products.

Prevention is better than cure; even though we are unable to check whether we have a gluten-related illness here in Malaysia or others Asian countries, we can at least try the gluten-free diet and see if it improves our health.
